		Forget what you think you know about Russian cooking and come learn what Russian cuisine is all about. Our expert chef will take you on an exciting journey through the various incarnations of Russia food - from flaky, golden Kulebyaka, a traditional stuffed pie that can be jazzed up for modern tables with some creativity in the filling, to the famous mushroom dishes using local wild mushrooms. As we rely on the freshest ingredients, the cooking menu changes with the season to take advantage of the best locally grown produce available at the time in the local farmer’s markets, which our guests will have a chance to visit.
		Caviar No trip to Russia can be thought to be complete without caviar, that most famous of Russia’s contribution to Western culinary culture. We’ve arranged for our guests to participate in several caviar tasting, in order to learn about different varieties of Russian caviar and try some that are not available in the West.	The City St. Petersburg is a living work of art, with 260 museums, 80 theatres and countless Palaces and mansions. Since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, the city’s showpieces have been renovated and brought back to their pre-Revolutionary splendor. While traveling with us, you’ll get to explore the most memorable wonders of this northern capital, from the storied Amber Room to the master works of world art housed in the Hermitage to the glorious summer palaces of Russian Tsars and Tsarinas.
